Our Story
One name, many shores
The plum blossom opens in the cold — quietly, before anything else dares to. Across China, Japan, Korea and Vietnam it has long stood for resilience and grace. We took it as our name, and our promise.
At Plum, a single table travels the breadth of Asia: dumplings and gyoza, Thai curries, wok-fried noodles and the heat of chilli and basil. Every plate is built on respect — for the ingredient, the technique, and the tradition behind it.
Set on Belmont Road in Belfast, our room is warm, low-lit and made for lingering. Bring your own bottle, or drink from our bar. Come for an hour. Stay for the evening.
